I've done research on the question in the title and found out that the native Telegram proxy is not supported in PTB. Is it still true? If so, are there any plans to add this feature to PTB? |

Hi no not so far, iirc it was specifically designed for mtproto connections, and the bot api just has a http one. But if you find a python library which has proxy support for this, you can PR it to https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/ptbcontrib |
