Technical Summary

   This document defines a mechanism for accessing provisioning domain
   information associated with a proxy, such as other proxy URIs that
   support different protocols and information about which destinations
   are accessible using a proxy.

   This note is to be removed before publishing as an RFC.

Working Group Summary

There is relatively broad consensus. However, due to the nature of the working group
several people also remain silent. 

Document Quality

From last call discussion: 
"Apple has an implementation of both client and server side. 
Few other vendors have implementations of the server side."

GENART and DNSDIR have made Last Call reviews.

IANA Note

This document registers two new keys in the "Additional Information PvD Keys" registry. 
IANA is requested to create new registries ("Proxy Information PvD Keys", "Proxy Protocol PvD Values", and "Proxy Destination Rule PvD Keys") within the "Provisioning Domains (PvDs)" registry page.
IANA is requested to add a new entry to the "DNS SVCB Service Parameter Keys (SvcParamKeys)" registry
