Summary:

The document provides operational best practices for safe & robust automation
of DNSSEC delegation updates. It is *very* well organised and thorough, and the
contents look highly useful. The condensed guidance in Appendix A
(Recommendations Overview) is a really nice addition. From a gen-art
perspective, the draft is ready for publication.
