Amend §4.1 perf-counter spec table with H-outside-hot-fn meta-class row +
data-cache-class extension events (L1-dcache-load-misses, L1-dcache-stores,
LLC-load-misses, dTLB-load-misses). Adds new §4.1.1 subsection enumerating
the meta-class introduction (sup 12:16:39Z 2026-05-16 PRIMARY swap) +
per-event provenance vs original §4.1 verbatim (2/4 match, 2/4 NEW
data-cache extensions per librarian 15:19:43Z 2026-05-16 PARTIAL MATCH).

Restores single-canonical-authority for hypothesis-set enumeration after
H-outside-hot-fn meta-class was added at session-entry artefact layer
without scope-doc reflection (pythia python#457 python#2 silent-demotion catch,
librarian 16:30:13Z 2026-05-16 grep verification).
