LEAPSECS@groups.io

The LEAPSECS list was started in 2000 to discuss the issue of leap seconds in UTC. A proposal to eliminate leap seconds appeared in the November 1999 issue of GPS World and the December 2001 issue of Metrologia.

The list is open; subscribers and contributors include professionals in the specialized fields of precise time metrology and astronomical time scales.
